We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products, but if you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased via our website, it can be returned to us for an exchange or refund, provided that you contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods, and return them to us within 7 days.
Unless goods are faulty, we can only offer a refund for products that have not been opened, and we cannot refund return postage costs.
If goods are faulty, or if you received a product that you did not order, we will provide you with either a full refund or replacement. We cannot offer a refund if you ordered incorrectly through our website.
If you purchased one of our products at a retailer that is unsatisfactory please contact us contact us detailing the nature of the problem together with the production code from the bottom of the pack.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
